What Do You Love Most about Tattnall?
The caring, loving, and Christian atmosphere and environment.
I grew up in Dry Branch, Ga. I graduated from Jonesco Academy then went to college at Georgia College in Milledgeville where I earned a B.S. in Education. My first year I taught at Perry Middle School then in 1984 I came to Tattnall. I know God chose Tattnall for me because of the love and support from my Tattnall family. I have taught 7th, 8th, & 9th grade science, K5 parapro, and now teaching 3K. My three children graduated from Tattnall and continued their education in college. Ryan, a graduate from Georgia Tech, is married to Christi and they have three sons (Landon, Carter & Owen). Blake and Emily have one son, Remy and are expecting their second child in February. Annie is married to Chasin, working full time and pursuing her college education. One of the best things about working at TSA was not only enjoying my three children with me at Tattnall, but now having three of my grandsons here. I am truly blessed! God blessed me with a wonderful and supportive husband, Wayne, of seven years. Together we have nine children and 17 grandchildren (one in heaven and one on the way). In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing by the pool or at the beach, but most of all enjoying my time with my grandchildren and Wayne.
