Students Give Back

Being a Tattnall Trojan means prioritizing others by giving back. Each graduate earns at least 80 hours of community service during their high school career.


Community Service

Goodwill’s program, mission, and services allow students to be ambassadors and help spread their mission.

The Fuller Center for Housing needs volunteers throughout the year. They are a non-profit organization that helps disabled people and those in need by doing home repairs and yard work. Students may also learn valuable skills from volunteering with this organization. Visit www.FullerCenter.org for volunteer opportunities.

The Rescue Mission of Middle Georgia is always in need of volunteers. Contact the Event Manager at 478-845-7596 for more information on volunteering.

Heartland Hospice needs volunteers to spend time with hospice patients and to lend a hand to their families. For more information, contact their volunteer recruiter at 477-0101.

Hospice Care Options needs volunteers. Contact volunteer coordinators at 743-3033 or 800-53-8680.

The Muscular Dystrophy Association needs volunteers year-round, Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Contact 471-9090 if interested in volunteering.

High school seniors interested in business, marketing, social service, psychology, and counseling are needed to volunteer at the Southern Center for Choice Theory. For more information,  call 478-471-7785.
