What Do You Love Most about Tattnall?

What I love most about TSA is that it is a family. As a parent at TSA, I love that my boys feel like school is their second home. I am excited to be joining the family at Tattnall!

Bio:

I have been teaching since 2007. I have taught kindergarten, first grade, and second grade. I am looking forward to being in fourth grade this year! I married my high school sweetheart, Ryan Patterson ‘03, and we have 3 boys who will all be at TSA this year: Landon '28, Carter '30, and Owen ‘33. Our family attends Northway Church. I was born and raised in Macon, Georgia and earned my bachelor's degree at Kennesaw State University. I graduated and got married in May of 2007 then began my first teaching job that fall. When my boys began school and started at TSA, the desire to teach where my kids went to school began to grow inside me. We began to pray for God to work that out for our family and to guide me to where I could fulfill the purpose God has for me; being a mom and teacher! Being able to teach at Tattnall is a dream come true and is a blessing for our family!

Fun Fact:

I love coffee and avocados!! But not at the same time!

Favorite Verse or Inspiration:

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
