T McClure 2As I pondered over the last year, I was amazed to recall all of the wonderful accomplishments of our TSA family. From academics to athletics to fine arts, and all the areas in between, our students have flourished and excelled in every competition and performance. Additionally, the ongoing achievements of our faculty and staff further solidify our efforts in attaining our mission of providing an exceptional college preparatory education. More importantly, that our students are servant leaders and share God’s love in our community is an aspect of Tattnall that makes me most proud. It truly has been a good year!

It has been my honor to lead your board of trustees; a group of dedicated volunteers who have worked diligently this year to ensure Tattnall is thriving and growing. Countless hours and support have been devoted to guaranteeing the mission and strategic plan of our school are always in the forefront of all that we do. I greatly appreciate every moment spent making our school stronger.

We are blessed with a strong administration, faculty and staff who have all worked diligently over the year to equip our future leaders with the tools necessary to achieve their full potential. Under Dr. Riley’s capable leadership, TSA continues to prosper, and the board is delighted to announce that she has accepted a renewed contract that will allow us to maintain our positive momentum down the path of success. We have no doubt that she will continue to help TSA shine and will stay the course in guiding Tattnall toward a very bright future.

In closing, I hope that you will continue to support our school and stand proud among the Tattnall family, for it truly is a family. I urge you to help us tell our Tattnall story and encourage others to join this family that has come to mean so much to so many. Finally, to the parents, grandparents, guardians, families and friends who support their students every day: thank you for the sacrifices you make so that your Tattnall Trojan can make his or her mark on the world.

“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it,” Proverbs 22:6

Have a wonderful summer and may God continue to bless Tattnall Square Academy,

Tonya L. McClure, Chair
