Macon, GA. – Christian Rodgers and Vasco Sanders were honored this week at the Macon Touchdown Club. Christian, a senior at TSA, was named Lineman of the week for his performance against Strong Rock (September 11) where he had 12 total tackles. Eight of the 12 were solo tackles.  Rodgers also added 5 tackles for losses totaling 33 yards and had 2 QB sacks.

Sanders, new to TSA this year, was also named Lineman of the Week for his performance against Warren Co. (September 4) where he had 13 tackles. Eight of the 13 were solo tackles.  Vasco also added 3 tackles for losses in a 14-0 shutout over Warren County.

The Trojans currently stand at 3-0 with a 13th place power ranking in the GHSA. TSA will host Hancock Central (1-2) who is ranked 10th place in Class A Public. Kick-off is this Friday at 7:30 p.m. on Jack Baynes Field.
