Tattnall went out in dramatic fashion, as the Lady Trojans rebounded from a 4-0 loss to Westfield in Game 1 to win the Championship with impressive 14-1 and 4-0 wins in Games 2 and 3 for their first ever Fastpitch Softball State Title. The Lady Trojans finished the season with a record of 37-5. Tattnall placed 11 players on the GISA 1-AAA All Region Team (Liz Wainwright, Jordan Allen, Jade Moncrief, Kirsten Albright, Allie Gordon, Kendall Hardy, Taylor Spivey, Drew Endreson, Brianna Beasley, Caroline Gilbert, and Sierra Roquemore.) Members of the GISA-AAA All State team include Kirsten Albright, Jade Moncrief, Allie Gordon, Liz Wainwright, and Kendall Hardy.
Kirsten Albright and Jade Moncrief will be playing in the GISA All Star Softball game this Saturday at Mercer University at 2:00 p.m.
