Congratulations to Anna Dooley and Allison Hinson who were nominated for the Macon Telegraph’s prestigious Golden Eagle award.

Anna, nominated for Citizenship, is a member of National Beta Club and has been honored by the Wofford Scholars Program. She was recognized as a Presbyterian College Fellow for superior scholastic attainment during her junior year. Anna is the Senior class president, has been a member of Student Council for four years, and is a member of the championship Math team at TSA. She is also a member of the Basketball and Softball teams at TSA, and holds multiple records in Softball. She has volunteered extensively with The Miracle League of Macon serving as a buddy to disable children, playing baseball, and even designing team shirts. Anna is also a volunteer with Macon Outreach and in her church.

Allison Hinson, nominated for Drama, is a member of National Beta Club, was named National Exchange Club Student of the Month, and is an Honor Scholar.  She is a member of the Y-Club, serving as President her sophomore through senior years, Science Club, and the Drama Club.  Allison has also appeared in five different One Act play performances at TSA.  She plays Soccer and has also been on the Cross Country team. Allison has volunteered countless hours at Mikell Camp assisting in performing arts, leading discussions, and acting as a camp mentor. She has also volunteered for Jay’s Hope, The Red Cross, Salvation Army, and various other organizations.
