Coach Hester has spent 30 seasons as the Head Football Coach of the Trojans at Tattnall Square Academy. In this time, Coach Hester has developed a program that is THE Standard of Excellence.  Entering into the 2012 football season, Coach Hester has a career coaching record of 318-127-8. He has coached the Trojans to 18 GISA State Championship game appearances , winning 11 state football titles. In his Tattnall career, he has had only one losing season.  Coach Hester also has 5 GISA Tattnall State Track Championships to go along with his gridiron success.

Join us Friday, September 21st on Jack Baynes Field as we honor Coach Hester’s 30 years at Tattnall Square Academy.  If you were a player, cheerleader or manager for his first team (’82) or one of the 11 state championship teams (’88,’89,’90,’94,’95,’97,’98,’01,’06,’07,’11), be our guest at the game. All teams mentioned above will be recognized on the field with Coach Hester. To receive your FREE FAMILY game pass,  enter the front gate of the stadium. Please be at the field by 7:00p.m. The ceremony will be held at 7:15p.m.
