Don’t miss the 7-12th grade Spring Musicale to be held on May 2 at 7:00 p.m. in Trojan Hall. TSA band students will be teaming up with members of the Middle Georgia Concert Band for this event. The program will also include select individual performances by Austin Tedders, Alex Harmon, Emily Strange, and Sarah Sachy. The concert is free to the public and will serve as the last performance of the year.

The joint performance with MGCB allows Tattnall students to interact with community members in a musical setting while also providing them with an opportunity to perform in a larger ensemble.

Miles Benson, Director of Bands at TSA, says this will be an event you do not want to miss. “Our musicians who are performing on Tuesday have been working really hard this semester to prepare a number of entertaining pieces spanning multiple genres and styles. Attendees can expect to hear everything from traditional band literature (Ralph Vaughn Williams, James Ployhar, and Robert Sheldon) to popular tunes and themes (Phantom of the Opera and The Lord of the Rings),” stated Benson.
