The tuition and Fee Schedules are established in the winter of the preceding academic year. The tuition and fees are subject to change. Application and Testing Fee - $ 50.00 The application and testing fee, which is non-refundable, applies to prospective students to cover the cost of matriculation. 2008-2009 Tuition - See below Tuition is payable on a monthly basis with twelve equal installments beginning in June and ending in May. Pre-kindergarten (half day) $ 5,220.00 Grades K-6 $ 8,760.00 Grades 7-8 $ 9,000.00 Grades 9-12 $ 9,180.00 *A $100.00 discount is available for all fees paid in full by June 15. Entrance Fee - $ 400.00 The entrance fee of $400.00 per family, which is non-refundable, is payable only when the first child enters Tattnall Square Academy. Tuition Discounts Families that have more than one child in the same immediate family who are simultaneously attending Tattnall Square Academy will receive a discount off the cost of annual tuition according to the following scale: Second Student discount $120.00/year Tuition Assistance Tattnall Square Academy subscribes to the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) to help assess a family's ability to pay tuition. We do not want to lose students or keep any student from attending Tattnall Square Academy because of tuition. To complete and submit your personal financial statement on line, please visit www.nais.org/financialaid/sss. If you would like for us to mail you an application for the SSS, please call our Office of Admissions at (478) 477-6760 (ext. 134) or e-mail us at admissions@tattnall.org. A $22 fee is assessed by the SSS to process your application, and the fee is fixed for one or multiple children. The School and Student Financial Aid Service provides an objective and confidential review of your application. SSS advises the Financial Office, by confidential letter, the amount that you should be able to contribute to your child's tuition. A determination is then made for current students (prospective students will be notified once they have been officially accepted). The Director of Finance will then notify you. The length of the entire process depends on how your application is made. On-line applications are processed more quickly than mailed applications.
