OrthoGeorgia, in conjunction with TSA Sports Medicine, will offer FREE sports physicals on Saturday, May 14 beginning at 8:30 a.m. at OrthoGeorgia.
All rising 6th – 12th grade athletes who plan to participate in sports for the 2016-2017 school year are required to have a current physical on file. It is strongly suggested that ALL students who plan to participate in a sport, regardless of age, get a physical.
To receive your free physical you must download, print, and bring the required forms with you before you arrive. Students will be evaluated according to the order in which they arrive. Parents are encouraged to fill out forms for students to ensure accuracy.
