Congratulations to Perry Hamlin and Dalton Ford who were named Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the Class of 2018!

Perry Hamlin, the son of Dodd and Cassie Hamlin, has been a student at Tattnall since kindergarten. He has been a leader on Tattnall’s Cross Country Team, Swim Team, and Soccer Team and a member of Beta Club, Y-Club, and the Ecology Action Club.  Perry has been the top scholar of his class since ninth grade and has won numerous highest average awards. He is very involved with his church, Northway Church, and has donated many hours of service to his church and community. A University of Georgia Certificate of Merit recipient, Perry plans to attend the University of Georgia in the fall.

Dalton Ford, son of Steve and Laura Ford, has been a student at Tattnall since kindergarten.  He has been a leader on Tattnall’s Math Team and a member of the Cross Country Team and Swim Team. Dalton has received numerous highest average awards and was named STAR student for the Class of 2018.  He is a Golden Eagle honorable mention winner in mathematics, Wofford Scholar, Presbyterian College Scholar, and a University of Georgia Certificate of Merit recipient. Dalton plans to attend Mercer University in the fall.

Perry and Dalton will deliver the valedictory and salutatory address at commencement on Monday, May 21 beginning at 7:00 p.m.
